Terms and conditions

These basic terms explain how garages may use Return for MOT, including account access, reminder messages, customer data, and responsible use of the service.

01

Using the service
Return for MOT provides MOT reminder software for garages and workshops. You are responsible for making sure the account details, customer records, vehicle details, reminder timings, and message templates you add are accurate and lawful to use.

02

Accounts and access
You should keep your login details secure and only give access to people who are allowed to manage reminders for your business. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

03

Reminder messages
You must only send MOT reminders to customers where you have a suitable reason or permission to contact them. Reminder copy should be clear, accurate, and not misleading. Customers must be able to opt out of future reminders.

04

Payments and cancellations
Any prices, usage charges, or subscription terms shown during signup or agreed with us apply to your account. You can contact us at hello@returnformot.co.uk if you need help changing or cancelling your account.

05

Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the service, features, pricing, or these terms from time to time, and we will take reasonable steps to explain important changes.

06

Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@returnformot.co.uk. These terms are a simple starting point and do not replace any separate written agreement we have with you.
